We offer competitive compensation, great benefits, and a workplace where your expertise is valued. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, marketing new business to carriers, processing renewals and endorsements, handling claims, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Market new personal lines accounts to insurance carriers Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and timely Handle personal lines claims in a professional and efficient manner Review client and prospect coverages, identify gaps or weaknesses, and recommend solutions Cross-sell and round accounts whenever possible and actively ask for referrals Input submissions and quotes on carrier websites Communicate and collaborate with underwriters on new business and renewal issues Meet with carrier representatives and stay current on target markets and product offerings Utilize agency technology and systems to educate and engage clients year-round Become proficient in the Agency Management System and related personal lines platforms Document client interactions and maintain accurate customer records Maintain knowledge of evolving insurance products and services Protect and enhance the reputation of the agency and our carrier partners Support overall agency growth in a team-focused environment Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Executive Active New York State Broker's License (Personal Lines required; Property & Casualty preferred) Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Positive, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior experience with AMS 360 is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package Supportive and energetic team environment Opportunities for career advancement and professional development A stable, growing agency with modern systems and resources
