We partner with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and senior care professionals to provide expert guidance and personalized placement services for assisted living, memory care, and independent living. Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive . This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where you will generate referral partnerships, guide families through the senior living placement process, and drive move-ins. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing a pipeline, and closing business—while making a meaningful impact on families during critical life transitions. Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Referral Generation
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of referral partners, including: ○ Hospitals and discharge planners ○ Skilled nursing and rehab facilities ○ Home health and hospice agencies ○ Physicians, case managers, and social workers
  • Execute a structured weekly sales and marketing plan (in-person visits, calls, events, lunches)
  • Identify and develop new referral sources within your territory
  • Consistently follow up and nurture relationships to drive repeat referrals 2. Pipeline Management & Consultative Sales
  • Respond quickly to inbound referrals and inquiries
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs (care level, budget, location, preferences)
  • Position Trua as the trusted advisor in the senior housing search process
  • Manage a full sales pipeline from initial contact through move-in
  • Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to convert opportunities 3. Client Tours & Closing
  • Schedule and lead families on tours of assisted living and memory care communities
  • Guide families through the evaluation and decision-making process
  • Address objections and provide solutions to move clients forward
  • Drive urgency and help families confidently make placement decisions 4. Partner & Community Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with senior living communities in your market
  • Stay current on pricing, availability, and care capabilities
  • Align client needs with appropriate community partners to ensure successful placements 5. CRM & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
  • Track referral sources, tours, and move-ins
  • Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rates and pipeline health
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, healthcare, or service-based sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter with high accountability and motivation
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Preferred Backgrounds
  • Medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare services
  • Senior living, home health, hospice, or related industries
