Hospice Sales Executive
LOCATION

SALES EXECUTIVE
Minimum:
2-5 years, recent hospice sales experience only. Local candidates only, with extensive market knowledge. Stable work history
TOP PERFORMER
with established contacts/referral sources: Hospitals/Facilities/MD's
Territory:
Rogue Valley are Medford, Ashland, and Grants Pass
Responsibilities:
You will be a high energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professional You will promote our Hospice's unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
Requirements:
Minimum:
2-5 years, recent hospice sales experience. Local candidates only, with extensive market knowledge.
TOP PERFORMER
with established contacts/referral sources Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources Familiarity with Contact Management software Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$135,000 base + commission/year (range varies by performance/experience) PTO + paid holidays (FT) Medical/dental/vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA (FT) 401(k) Mileage reimbursement Training and development programs
Average Base Pay Range:
Pay range represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
