In this role, you will be the key driver in maintaining strong client relationships, and renewing a book of business, as well as delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a meaningful impact on our clients and organization. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling, emails, and in-person meetings to manage the renewal cycle Review current coverages and make recommendations Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and data entry Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and offering technical assistance when needed Manage client communication via phone, email, and chat platforms with professionalism and clarity Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client account management, and service delivery Requirements Property and Casualty Insurance License Proven experience in sales or customer support roles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Demonstrated customer service problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction Technical proficiency to understand product features and communicate complex information clearly
