In this vital role, you will provide essential technical support across our organization, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Your enthusiasm for troubleshooting will help us maintain a reliable IT infrastructure that empowers our staff to excel. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on daily operations. Duties Deliver prompt and effective technical support to staff resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity Troubleshoot computer hardware problems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals such as printers and scanners Assist with network troubleshooting tasks such as diagnosing connectivity issues related to our local network. Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and contribute to the overall health of the organization's IT infrastructure Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with help desk systems for ticket management Solid understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN and network troubleshooting techniques Ability to support desktop environments through equipment troubleshooting and software diagnostics Experience with Active Directory management for user account setup and security permissions Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including routers, switches, mobile devices, and computer hardware support Familiarity with Excel Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining robust IT services that enable our organization's success!
