Our team helps organizations navigate complex cybersecurity, compliance, and classified infrastructure challenges through strategic guidance and hands-on execution. We are seeking a driven mid-level Account Executive to develop new business and strengthen client relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor while connecting clients with the right SecureStrux experts and solutions. This is not a transactional sales role. It is an opportunity to build trust, guide clients through complex challenges, and create meaningful mission and business outcomes. Job Details Full Time, Exempt, Salaried Location Onsite at our HQ in Lancaster, PA is strongly preferred. May consider remote/hybrid in the DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia (DMV) area for the right candidate. The Work You'll Do Build the pipeline. Develop qualified opportunities across the Defense Industrial Base and government community through prospecting, referrals, industry events, and strategic networking. Lead discovery. Understand each client's objectives, compliance requirements, operational challenges, budget, and decision process. Shape the solution. Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, program managers, and subject-matter experts to align SecureStrux capabilities to client needs. Own the opportunity. Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through proposal, contract award, and transition to delivery. Grow relationships. Expand existing accounts by identifying additional ways SecureStrux can support client missions and deliver long-term value. Maintain visibility. Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain complete, current CRM documentation and next steps. Who You Will Engage You will build trusted relationships across executive, program, and operational leadership, including: CIOs, CISOs, and CSOs ISSMs and ISSOs Security and Cybersecurity Directors IT Directors and Program Managers Government cybersecurity and compliance leaders Solutions You Will Represent Account Executives represent SecureStrux's broader cybersecurity, compliance, and engineering portfolio, including: CORA & Inspection Readiness
  • Mock assessments, remediation support, and Embedded Defense Packages SIPRNet & Classified Environments
  • Assessment, design, engineering, deployment, and accreditation support
RMF & ATO
Support
  • Full-lifecycle support for secure and air-gapped information systems CMMC Services
  • Gap analysis, remediation, documentation, GCC/GCC High guidance, and assessment readiness Cybersecurity Engineering
  • Network, endpoint, SIEM/Splunk, ACAS, Windows, and Linux expertise What Success Looks Like Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Create new opportunities within strategic defense and government organizations. Expand trusted relationships within existing client accounts. Guide opportunities effectively from discovery through contract award. Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain strong CRM discipline. Contribute to predictable revenue growth while protecting client experience. Strengthen SecureStrux's reputation as a trusted cybersecurity and compliance partner. Qualifications 5
  • 10 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably to the defense industry.
Experience selling cybersecurity services, technology services, or cloud services. Demonstrated experience selling into one or more of the following: Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Federal System Integrators Aerospace & Defense Contractors Cleared Contractor Communities Cybersecurity sales in the commercial sector Strong understanding of the federal procurement environment. Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through contract execution. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a growth-oriented environment.
Salary Details:
Base Salary of $70,000
  • $100,000, depending on experience Commission Plan Accelerators for exceeding sales targets
Total OTE:
