We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Full-Time Account Executive to join our team in State College, PA. As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in growing our business by developing new referral relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing partners—all while collaborating closely with our clinical team to support patient care and census growth. Conduct thorough territory market analyses and develop strategic business plans on a quarterly and annual basis. Consistently establish and nurture new referral sources to grow business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen current referral relationships to ensure ongoing collaboration. Partner regularly with the clinical team to align efforts and maximize patient outcomes. Identify and implement effective market strategies alongside sales and clinical teams to drive continued census growth. Stay up-to-date on Medicare and state-specific home health care regulations. Obtain physician orders for treatments and actively participate in the referral process. Promote the full spectrum of Medical Services of America's home health care services.What You Bring:
3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably within healthcare or related fields. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs. Proven ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and consistently hit sales targets. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and company-required auto liability insurance.
