Account Executive -
Property & Casualty Location:

We're seeking a Account Executive who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do / Your Impact Client Partnership & Risk Strategy Serve as the primary point of contact and subject‑matter expert for an assigned book of Property & Casualty clients Conduct risk analysis reviews for clients and prospects to identify exposures and coverage needs Lead renewal strategy, including gathering underwriting information, reviewing markets, and presenting coverage recommendations Meet with clients regularly to conduct renewals, review coverage, and round out accounts Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision‑makers and day‑to‑day client contacts Identify and pursue cross‑sell opportunities within the existing book of business Operational Excellence Market accounts to carriers and negotiate terms to secure optimal coverage, service, and pricing Prepare proposals, evaluations, and recommendations for coverage solutions across multiple lines Maintain accurate and complete client files and documentation within agency systems Work closely with Account Managers and internal service teams to ensure timely, accurate execution Maintain strong working relationships with carrier partners and underwriters Stay current on products, markets, and industry trends through continuing education Growth & Retention Drive client retention through proactive service, strategic recommendations, and relationship management Support new business acquisition efforts through prospect engagement and proposal development Identify appropriate solutions to address clients' risk and capital management needs Contribute leadership within the service team by modeling professionalism, accountability, and collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring Required Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Account Executive Active Property & Casualty insurance license Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and risk management strategies Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead renewal processes Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Preferred Experience in a team leadership or mentoring role Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to client service Core Competencies Client‑first mindset Analytical and strategic thinking Relationship‑building and influence Integrity and ethical judgment Attention to detail and follow‑through Collaboration and teamwork
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $175,000 - $225,000 per year
