Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Manage client accounts by providing timely support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence that effectively communicate value propositions. Enter and update customer data accurately within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity for analysis and follow-up.
