You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique organizational challenges and offering tailored solutions across our core service areas: Consultation Services, Technology Solutions, Human Resources, and Strategic Marketing. You will play a critical role in expanding our national footprint by identifying new opportunities, consulting with key decision-makers, and delivering value-driven workforce solutions that help our clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across various industries, focusing on companies in need of HR consulting, staffing (skilled labor and office), and technology solutions.
Client Consultation:
Conduct in-depth needs analyses with prospective and existing clients to understand their pain points, operational inefficiencies, and strategic goals.
Solution Selling:
Present and pitch SHR Corp's comprehensive suite of services, including HR management, compliance risk management, technology integration, and strategic marketing.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and scalable business models that align with client objectives.
Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position SHR Corp as a leader in workforce solutions.
Sales Reporting:
