Account Executive SUMMARY The Account Executive is responsible for obtaining business from target and established customers and to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Territory covered:
The cities of Wausau, Schofield, Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, and their surrounding counties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:- Responsible to meet or exceed annual sales goals for the office/market as established by the Company.
- Meet, at least on a weekly basis, with the Manager(s) to stay informed and knowledgeable in all market areas as well as closing/production matters that can impact the marketing efforts.
- Proactive in prospecting as well as maintaining and building a good working relationship with all Realtors and builder customers, lenders, settlement coordinators, and account executives.
- Makes sales calls and secures new business from current and target customers.
- At times, would be asked to make effective group presentations to customers.
- Attends Realtor, builder, lender and industry functions.
- Occasionally conducts closings on behalf of the Company if needed in the branches.
- Review documents in closed package to be certain all documents are properly executed, dated, notarized and witnessed, and forwarded to the appropriate authority.
- Ensures that closed files organization fits the guidelines as set forth by the manager.
- Other duties as requested by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be professional, proactive and positive with internal and external customers and co-workers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to identify and solve problems and to deal with both abstract and concrete variables.
- Maintain high level of professionalism in dress and demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
- Proven organizational skills. Strong independent work ethic.
- Ability to create, strategize implement
Beneficial:
- Title Producer license, will be required to acquire after hire.
- Experience with title insurance, real estate or a real estate related industry.
- Currently have real estate agent, lender, builder or developer relationships.
