About the Role We are hiring motivated and collaborative Account Executives to partner with our clients to drive new business and prospect qualified candidates to work in their facilities while managing the candidate life cycle. Responsibilities Prospect clients (school districts) to understand their staffing needs Identify talent within the healthcare and education industry to work in schools nationwide Work as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts and recruiting cycle Required Skills Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting Comfortable communicating over the phone and cold calling Strong work ethic, motivated, and passion to grow in staffing' Pay range and compensation package Base salary + uncapped commission Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), and fitness reimbursement Career growth program based off hitting metrics Professional development and growth into leadership Paid training and mentorship Hybrid schedule
