Our flagship platform, SmartLink, empowers landscape maintenance contractors to manage irrigation systems remotely, reduce water waste, and unlock new revenue through inspection-driven repairs. These contributions will bring safe and clean water to thousands of the world's neediest children in the coming year.Position Overview:
As a Customer Account Executive (CAE), you will play a pivotal role in guiding our existing SmartLink clients toward expansion and growth. Your primary focus will be to help clients maximize value, through the adoption of best practices, and drive additional revenue through continued sales, renewals and expanded product utilization. You will work collaboratively with the EVP of LMC Sales and Customer Success Managers (CSM). Your strategic efforts will be supported by our dedicated internal resources for partner success, including the Onboarding Team, Technical Advisors, Tech Support, and Subject Matter Experts (SME).Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of SmartLink customers post-initial sale
- Drive platform expansion, including add-on products, feature adoption, and multi-site rollouts
- Conduct strategic business reviews, success planning, and expansion roadmaps
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain clean CRM data and accurate forecasting using HubSpot
- Help shape the voice of the customer and inform product direction
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with the internal customer success team to ensure seamless execution.Identify Expansion Readiness:
Monitor partner growth and collaborate with other departments to grow revenue.Escalate Complex Issues:

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- A success record with 2-4 years of work experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or solution-based sales
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications or other related disciplines
- A proven track record of driving revenue from existing customers
- An understanding of how CRM systems operate (Hubspot, Salesforce, or other)
- A strong ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to uncover customer goals, influence priorities, and close consultative sales
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take feedback and give feedback
- A strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work and ability to multi-task
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
- A passion for water conservation and social impact
