Responsibilities:

Policy Renewals:

Assist clients in selecting appropriate personal lines insurance coverage. Process applications for policy renewals. Review policies to ensure clients have adequate coverage and make recommendations as needed. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.

Client Service:

Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, requests, and concerns. Address client questions regarding policy changes, billing, and claims. Assist clients with policy endorsements, cancellations, and other service-related tasks.

Policy Maintenance:

Keep accurate and organized client records and policy documentation. Regularly review policies to identify opportunities for coverage adjustments or cost savings. Ensure that policyholders are informed of any changes or updates to their coverage.

Cross-Selling:

Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance clients' insurance portfolios. Offer additional products and coverage options to meet clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications:

1. Active Property & Casualty insurance license in CT. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance. 3. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience with Applied Epic and Professional Designation are a plus.
