We're expanding our reach across multiple states and looking for driven Account Executives to generate and qualify new business opportunities for our loan officer team. Overview We're seeking Account Executives to generate and qualify mortgage leads for our licensed loan officers. This is a prospecting and business-development role — you'll identify potential borrowers, build referral relationships, and pass qualified leads to our licensed team. You will not discuss specific loan terms, rates, or programs, or take loan applications; your focus is generating and qualifying interest, not originating loans. As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule, outreach approach, and territory strategy. What You'll Do Identify and prospect potential mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and outreach Build relationships with referral sources (e.g., realtors, past clients, community contacts) to generate a steady pipeline of interest Qualify basic interest and contact information, then hand off leads to licensed loan officers for loan-specific conversations Track lead activity and outcomes in CRM Represent United 1 Mortgage professionally in all outreach and networking activity What You'll Need Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus) Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and schedule as an independent contractor Reliable technology setup to work independently (laptop, phone, reliable internet)
