Description:
The OEM Account Executive is a strategic role focused on building and maintaining relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). In this role, the account executive will act as a liaison between CCI and OEM partners, often working to increase sales, develop new products, and ensure customer satisfaction, manage accounts, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and company objectives. The role is multifaceted, requiring strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as a strategic mindset to drive growth and success within the OEM ecosystem. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. Essential functions Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with OEM partners. Develops and executes sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned OEM accounts. Manages all aspects of the account relationship, including contract negotiation, order fulfillment, customer service and forecasting. Develops a deep understanding of OEMs intellectual property and engage CCI engineering teams to review, designs and recommends products and services and effectively communicating their value to OEM customers. Works with various internal teams (sales, engineering, product management, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully. Identifies new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects for new OEM customers. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive support. Complies with all policies and procedures pertaining to the protection of the Company's Information Assets, Security and Systems and that of its clients.
Requirements:
Competencies Requires 5 or more years of experience in OEM sales. Acquisition experience highly desired. Demonstrates a keen ability to keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes. Operates as a solution advisor to customers. Possesses strong persuasive abilities. Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills.
