•$125,000k (DOE)+ excellent benefits! Our client, an established Top 50 P&C insurance broker is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive, High-Net-Worth . Position is open due to growth. This role is responsible for managing and servicing a sophisticated portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth individuals and families, providing consultative risk management solutions and exceptional client service. Must have experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals and carriers, including Chubb, Zurich, Cincinnati, PURE, etc. Position is open due to growth and will have a direct path to career progression.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, annual stewardship reviews, and ongoing risk consultation. Analyze client exposures and recommend comprehensive insurance solutions for primary residences, secondary homes, fine art, jewelry, collections, yachts, watercraft, aircraft, umbrella liability, cyber liability, and other specialty risks. Prepare coverage comparisons, policy reviews, and renewal presentations to ensure clients understand their insurance programs. Coordinate new business, renewals, endorsements, remarketing efforts, and coverage enhancements. Market accounts to premier personal lines carriers and negotiate favorable coverage terms and pricing. Collaborate with producers, risk advisors, carrier underwriters, and service teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Provide guidance during claims situations and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure timely and favorable claim resolution. Identify gaps in coverage and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a client-first advisory approach. Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and activity within the agency management system. Stay informed on market conditions, carrier appetite, emerging risks, and industry trends affecting affluent clientele.
Education and Qualifications:
MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA TO BE CONSIDERED!
Must currently hold an active Property & Casualty License. Experience working with premier carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client Group, Berkley One, Cincinnati, Travelers Private Client, or similar markets. Strong knowledge of homeowners, automobile, umbrella, valuable articles, excess liability, flood, and specialty coverages. Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to go into office on a hybrid basis. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
