Sales IDC Overview About the Role & Team We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executiveto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high growth potential accounts and partner with our vertical teams on financial tech vendors. This role will be focused on delivering results to the company and the best possible customer experience to our valued clients. You will work closely with our product teams to deliver customized market intelligence solutions that meet unique client needs, driving opportunities forward from discovery to closure. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients in IT across all IDC product lines. Deliver the best possible customer experience to our clients daily Develop and manage a pipeline of existing accounts to maintain and expand the current revenue base. Understand client needs and challenges and match them with appropriate research solutions from IDC. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and accurate forecasting in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). What You Bring 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development Strong understanding of value-based selling Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Employees are compensated equitably for their work, aligned with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and expe rience, is between $145,000 - $150,000 , inclus ive of base salary and variable compensation.
