Position Overview America's Truck Accident Network (ATAN) is seeking an experienced, full-time Senior Territory Sales Executive to lead sales conversations with personal injury law firms and convert qualified opportunities into long-term territory partnerships. This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on selling a high-value, relationship-driven service to law firm owners, managing partners, marketing leaders and other key decision-makers. The Senior Territory Sales Executive will take qualified prospects through the sales process - from the initial strategy meeting through economic discussions, objections, follow-up meetings, proposal review and close. ATAN has invested in proprietary AI-supported sales intelligence through its BuyerBelief platform, which analyzes sales conversations, identifies buyer-belief gaps, recommends follow-up strategy and supports personalized post-meeting communication. The salesperson is expected to use these insights to improve deal progression while bringing the judgment, relationship-building and closing skills required for complex B2B sales. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and strategy meetings with personal injury law firms throughout the United States.
- Sell ATAN territory partnerships and case-acquisition programs to law firm owners and senior decision-makers.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand each firm's growth objectives, current case-acquisition strategy, economics, operational capacity and decision process.
- Present territory opportunities, partnership economics, case-delivery structures and
ATAN/NLF-18
capabilities.
- Develop a clear business case for the partnership based on the firm's stated needs and objectives.
- Navigate objections involving ROI, marketing spend, case quality, acquisition costs, territory value, co-counsel economics, operational capacity and competing growth strategies.
- Identify decision-makers and understand how each firm evaluates and approves significant business investments.
- Advance prospects from the first meeting through subsequent strategy meetings, proposal review, agreement review and close.
- Use BuyerBelief AI intelligence after meetings to identify gaps in buyer confidence, prepare follow-up strategy and determine the appropriate next conversation.
- Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, next actions and sales activity in HubSpot.
- Coordinate with ATAN leadership, marketing, operations and intake teams when developing opportunities.
- Provide structured feedback on recurring buyer objections, market reactions, pricing concerns and competitive alternatives.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and strong pipeline discipline.
- Participate in weekly sales and pipeline meetings and provide clear updates on active opportunities.
- Travel occasionally for important prospect meetings, conferences, networking events or partner opportunities. Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably involving high-ticket professional services, legal services, legal technology, marketing/advertising, lead generation, SaaS, healthcare services or another consultative sale.
- Demonstrated experience selling directly to business owners, executives, managing partners or other senior decision-makers.
- Experience managing a multi-meeting sales cycle rather than relying primarily on one-call transactional selling.
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to uncover the business problem behind a prospect's initial questions.
- Ability to discuss investment, acquisition costs, ROI and business economics comfortably.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build credibility with sophisticated buyers without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and written follow-up skills.
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot.
- Comfort using AI-enabled sales technology and incorporating data-driven recommendations into the sales process.
- Strong personal accountability, organization and pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with leadership.
Preferred Experience Experience selling to personal injury law firms is highly desirable. Experience with legal marketing, case acquisition, attorney advertising, lead generation, litigation services, legal technology or other services sold to plaintiff law firms would be especially valuable. What Success Looks Like This role is not measured simply by call volume. Success will be evaluated based on qualified meeting progression, second-meeting conversion, proposal opportunities, closed territory partnerships, sales-cycle efficiency and overall pipeline quality. BuyerBelief will provide additional visibility into what is happening within individual sales conversations, but the salesperson remains responsible for advancing the human relationship, navigating the decision process and moving qualified opportunities toward a decision. - HubSpot CRM.
- BuyerBelief AI sales intelligence.
- Meeting transcription and analysis.
- Territory maps and market intelligence.
- AI-supported follow-up recommendations.
