Our platform surfaces the engagement signals — giving, serving, attendance, kids check-in — that tell pastoral teams which members are quietly drifting, so they can step in before someone is gone for good. We're growing fast, and we're looking for an SDR who gets the church world from the inside. About the Role This is a full-cycle SDR position. You'll own the relationship from first outreach through close — running cold outreach to churches, qualifying leads, scheduling and supporting demos, and managing each opportunity through to a signed deal. You'll be talking with senior pastors, executive pastors, and church operations leaders every day, so you need to speak their language and understand what actually keeps them up at night. What You'll Do Run targeted cold outreach to churches across multiple channels Schedule and help drive product demos Manage your pipeline end-to-end, from first touch to closed-won Build genuine relationships with church leaders rooted in shared understanding of ministry Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (required) Deep familiarity with church culture and context — ideally through prior ministry experience, church staff roles, or selling software into churches Highly motivated and disciplined; you don't need someone standing over your shoulder Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable with cold outreach and the rejection that comes with it Track record of hitting goals in a previous sales, ministry, or leadership role Compensation $50,000-$70,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus performance bonus structured as a percentage of revenue closed.
