New York Community Care in partnership with Amerisearch Staffing , is seeking an experienced Supplemental Benefits Account Executive to join our growing sales division. What You'll Do Develop relationships with employers and key decision-makers Identify companies that may benefit from supplemental benefits and Section 125 solutions Connect our team with CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, benefits professionals, brokers, and business owners Coordinate initial conversations and presentations Maintain employer and referral-partner relationships Build and grow a recurring book of business The Ideal Candidate Experience in any of the following is highly valued: Supplemental or voluntary employee benefits Employee benefits or group insurance Section 125 / Cafeteria Plans Benefits consulting Insurance brokerage Payroll, PEO, or HR services B2B sales to employers Benefits enrollment Existing employer relationships, a strong professional network, or an established book of business is highly preferred.
