This employee will partner with Sales Producers and carrier partners to place new business, service existing clients, and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Why Dimond Bros .? Great Benefits Package Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching, Paid time off, Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Insurance Seasonal Half-Day Fridays Growth Opportunities Mission-Driven Work People-First Culture Supportive team environment with growth potential Key Responsibilities Market new and renewal business to carriers independently and with Sales Executives Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies, including client and carrier meetings Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams Prepare proposals and renewal summaries Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries Maintain accurate records and follow agency SOPs and best practices Position Requirements Active Life and Health Insurance Producer License Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Life and Health Account Executive Commitment to continuing insurance education and professional development Strong knowledge of life and health insurance with the ability to discuss coverage with carriers and clients Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft products, and carrier platforms Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to work under pressure Positive, collaborative team player willing to mentor others

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
