THIS IS WHERE
you build trust to achieve results! As an Account Executive, Respiratory Health at Baxter, you will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities, etc. Additionally, the Account Executive is responsible for working collaboratively with internal partners, developing, and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products (Non-Invasive Ventilation, High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation and Oscillating Lung Expansion), programs, and services. This position manages both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness. As our primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. Home Base:
Knoxville, TN Territory:
Knoxville, Chattanooga, Johnson City, Asheville and the surrounding areas.
Travel:
up to 75% in territory and overnights as needed What you'll be doing Meet, if not exceed sales quotas. Manage a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets. Prospect for new business 15-20% of time. Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy. Communicate Baxter's competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts. Complete company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines. Understand and comply with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures. Complete other duties as assigned. What you'll bring B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment. Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred. Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting. Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution). Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Valid driver's license required.   • $88,000 annually.
The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
