AT&T Account Associate

Cycle Specialized Marketing is a rapidly expanding, team-oriented company dedicated to helping top brands build genuine connections with their customers. We focus on in-person marketing and sales strategies that strengthen relationships, deliver measurable results, and open doors for motivated individuals. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated AT&T Account Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position, we provide hands-on training to help you succeed. What You'll Do as an AT&T Account Associate Represent AT&T products and services to new and existing customers Build positive relationships through in-person interactions Educate customers on available plans, upgrades, and promotions Assist customers with account setup and service options Work closely with fellow AT&T Account Associates to meet sales goals Participate in ongoing training and development sessions What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales strategies Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets Ability to work in a team environment Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) is a plus Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required At Cycle Specialized Marketing, we believe in developing talent from the ground up.
