Account Executive, Building Automation

Job Description

Account Executive Position Responsibilities:
Develop and lead BAS account plans and strategies for each assigned account leveraging all available resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, services) Drive revenue growth through new project identification, creation, and attach opportunities Forecast and report activity accurately in line with expectations. Identify major projects within end-user accounts and manage activities to maximize product and service revenue Provide customers and partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required Forge high-level relationships within A/E, Contractor and End-user accounts to win incremental product and service business Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory completion Assist customers and potential customers with problems involving the use of company products and services and recommend suitable resolutions accordingly
Account Executive Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field is preferred Minimum of five years of previous, relevant sales and operations experience preferred Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: building automation and controls, mechanical engineering, mechanical equipment, energy management. Experience in applying solution-selling methodologies to maximize corporate revenue growth Any credentials, including: CEM, EIT, PE, CHEP, LEED
