What You'll Do The Account Executive I is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships within assigned business accounts. This role works closely with the Client Success, and Product Management teams to support customer growth and retention. You will be expected to quickly learn WebCE's products, industries, and customer base as well as independently build and manage a sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up Build relationships with decision-makers in insurance, financial services, and compliance Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations during virtual meetings, conferences, and trade shows Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within the CRM What Success Looks Like Hunter mentality that quickly learns complex products and industry concepts Consistently develops lucrative business opportunities ranging from approximately $2,500 to $250,000+ Meets or exceeds quota expectations while remaining coachable and receptive to feedback Preferred Experience 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in long sales cycles Preferred Product Experience selling software, education, insurance, and compliance or financial services solutions Preferred Industry Experience in insurance, claims, adjusting, licensing, continuing education, or compliance Compensation Base salary: $60,000-$70,000 plus commission Commission plan: 60% base / 40% variable target compensation Uncapped and unthrottled commission Work Environment Hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas (Local candidates only) Office presence typically required on Tuesdays and for team meetings or business needs Approximately 10% travel per year for conferences and customer meetingsBenefits
