Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop new business across manufacturing, industrial, automotive, and energy sectors Leverage existing relationships to generate qualified opportunities Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing Expand and retain existing customer accounts Partner with operations to deliver customized waste and recycling solutions Conduct in-person client meetings to drive growth and strengthen relationships Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce Represent CRI at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of environmental, waste, or industrial sales experience Hazardous waste sales experience Non-Hazardous Waste sales experience Industrial waste management sales experience Special Waste sales experience Industrial Recycling programs sales experience Environmental compliance solutions sales experience Established relationships within manufacturing and industrial sectors Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals Strong understanding of environmental regulations (EPA, RCRA, etc.) CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) Skills Salesforce
