Job Description

We are currently seeking one Account Executive for a high-profile financial services client with multiple fitness center locations nationwide. This is a full-time, on-site role that may be based in one of the following locations: Chandler, AZ Charlotte, NC West Des Moines, IA San Antonio, TX St.

Louis, MO Job Overview:

In this role, you will serve as the primary client representative, assisting in setting revenue and profitability goals while analyzing and communicating membership trends and key utilization statistics. You will oversee Site Leaders and their professional staff, ensuring effective site management. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal corporate leaders to support site operations, achieve annual goals and budgets, and contribute as a member of the Service Delivery Team.

What you will do:

Oversee management of multiple fitness center locations. Assist the client's leadership team in establishing a clear financial vision and strategic plan. Benchmark programming and delivery techniques against industry leaders and Optum's book of business Coordinate marketing and communication efforts with each site's Site Leader to ensure adherence to the client's branding requirements and communication protocols Establish operational and capital budgets that allow for efficient site operations. Collaborate with the client's finance team to align on financial objectives, resolve discrepancies, and ensure transparency in financial reporting. Prepare, review, and present comprehensive monthly financial summary reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in performance metrics, trends, and projections. Monitor, track, forecast, and analyze data relative to Key Performance Indicators, to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities Prepare and deliver the Annual Business Review, providing strategic insights, financial performance analysis, and recommendations to enhance programming and operational efficiency. Establish high level relationships with Facilities/Building Services and other key operational units to ensure efficient responsiveness to facility needs What we are looking for: A current and active Workplace Well-being team member Bachelor's degree in business administration, health management, exercise science or a related field Minimum five years of work experience in business or health management Strong financial analysis skills and solid business acumen Strategic thinking skills relative to design and delivery of wellness programming in the corporate environment Demonstrated leadership success; evidence of guiding a team to goal attainment Experience in financial reporting, trend analysis, and communicating at an executive level Effective and engaging public speaking and presentation skills with clients Competence with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Proficient working knowledge of Workplace Well-being internal platforms and systems

Travel:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $115,000. Plus One, an Optum Company, adheres to all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws as applicable.
