Account Executive Hoegger Communications Wichita Falls, TX Job Details Full-time 4 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Microsoft Excel Analysis skills Bachelor's degree Project management software Productivity software Account management Marketing Full Job Description Account Executive Full Time In House (Wichita Falls, TX) Job Summary The Account Executive is responsible for developing, presenting, and executing strategic marketing and advertising plans for their clients and the stewardship and management of the client relationship. The AE must think and care about the organization like an owner. They lead the client's day-to-day business needs, staying current on topics such as the competitive market, industry trends, and new product development. Responsibilities Serves as a key advisor to clients in all marketing, media and business efforts Support the account director and/or partner and supervise direct reports Develops key points-of-view - internally and externally - relative to strategic/creative alternatives, client industries and issues; able to effectively lead conflict resolution Make certain team completes monthly billing in accordance with Hoegger Communications policy Builds client strategies based on analytic and consumer-based insights and ensures end of campaign reporting is presented to the client(s) in a timely manner Creates annual planning documents and presentations Directly responsible for the ongoing relationship with the headquarters marketing team and the client's individual market teams; ensure regular communication occurs and anticipates and address potential client issues. Has knowledge and experience working with and executing media plans that include broadcast, OOH, print, streaming, programmatic and digital channels Partners with media team to develop strategic direction, guidelines and budget parameters Manages client approvals, ensures placement, and communicates revisions of media plans Upholds our agency values Qualifications 3+ years related agency or corporate marketing experience; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience 1+ years of supervisory experience Professional, persuasive presentation skills Aptitude to analyze, capture, and develop detailed information Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and deadlines Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, and firm grasp on various media platforms, channels and best practices including broadcast, OOH, print, streaming, programmatic and digital media tactics.
