In this role, you will lead marketing and outreach efforts, build strong community partnerships, and help expand access to our services. What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you will oversee marketing and business development efforts to support growth and community engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and growing relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support organizational growth goals Negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement Supporting leadership in developing annual volume projections and marketing budgets Promoting clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical leadership team Representing Preceptor in the community to build awareness and trust Monitoring the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing efforts Maintaining knowledge of market trends, competitors, and payer landscapes Assisting patients and families with accessing community resources when needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required) Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Knowledge of healthcare systems, payer structures, and community resources Professional, flexible, and results-driven approach Strong organizational and strategic planning skills Why Join Us?
