Job Description

The Dermatology Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the specialized testing market; Dermatology Account Executive has call point ownership of large specialty physician practices and specialty clinics. The specialist teams work in close cooperation with physician and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model. This is a field-based sales role covering WI, MN, IA, SD and ND,. Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply. Drive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and consistent follow-up Target and secure new business Provide overall support and expertise to new & existing accounts Increase discretionary business through insurance access Provide immediate support for less complex issues Leverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists; Marketing Department, Laboratory resources, and regional or national resources as needed) Maintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products Prepare and present proposals and bids Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly Maintain knowledge of dermatology and melanoma market and Quest offerings Work collaboratively with the DermPath labs to communicate customer and market trends/needs Build relationships with the DermPath pathologists for customer engagement and communication Provide MIPS solutions to customers Drive growth through robust pipelining Solution development for TC PC work in dermatology setting Work collaboratively with the oncology account executive team Record all sales activities inSFDC Required Work Experience:
Strong medical/scientific background and contemporary understanding of both genetics and molecular diagnostics testing Five years of experience in laboratory, healthcare, or diagnostic sales. Dermatology Health sales or marketing experience preferred. Hunter mentality a must!Knowledge:
Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.Skills:
Strong planning & organizational skills Excellent oral & written communication & presentation skills Solid PC skills including Microsoft Software Education Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing or Life Sciences (Required) Licenses and Certifications Valid driver's license (Required)Benefits
