Job Description

Summary:
We're proud to partner with a well-established commercial interiors and workplace solutions provider, in search of a full-time Account Executive - Workplace Solutions professional to join their growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional to help organizations create inspiring workplaces that support collaboration, culture, productivity, and employee experience.
Pay:
Base $80,000 plus commission
Location:
Based in Milwaukee or Madison; travel to client locations and events. Mileage reimbursed.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement Build relationships with business leaders, architects, designers, brokers, contractors, and other industry partners Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workplace goals, challenges, budgets, and timelines Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the client relationship Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and operations teams to develop tailored workplace solutions Present workplace strategies, furniture solutions, and recommendations that align with client objectives and budget expectations Guide clients through workplace conversations related to collaboration, hybrid work, flexibility, employee experience, and organizational culture Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and strategic account development plans Meet or exceed established sales goals and business development objectives Participate in showroom tours, client presentations, industry events, and business planning activities
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or a relationship-driven sales environment Proven success generating new business and developing client relationships Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience in commercial interiors, contract furniture, architecture, construction, commercial real estate, workplace consulting, or a related industry preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer and partner locations #MMAS
