Responsibilities of the Account Manager Meet directly with customers to introduce AT&T products and recommend solutions that fit their needs. Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and consultative sales conversations. Learn how customer engagement and sales contribute to business growth and client success. Work alongside experienced leaders while gaining exposure to business operations and team development. Collaborate with fellow Account Manager team members to achieve daily sales goals. Continue developing leadership, communication, and professional sales skills as an Account Manager. Qualifications of the Account Manager Bachelor's degree, internship experience, or early-career professional experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment. Coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow professionally. Ready to build a long-term career as an Account Manager while developing valuable sales experience.
Pay:
