Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our vibrant team! Lead negotiations to secure contracts, renewals, and upselling opportunities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical sales, and customer service to deliver comprehensive solutions. Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities meticulously. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for growth or improvement. Develop strategic plans for business development within assigned accounts to maximize revenue potential and customer retention. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on account management or business development. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills in English to clearly articulate value propositions. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, telemarketing, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and close deals. Knowledge of technical sales processes and experience working with CRM tools to streamline sales activities. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
