Job Description
Knowledgeable of active customer contracts. Engages with customers to maximize experience through the collection process. Is knowledgeable about store opening and closing procedures, POS system, and policies. Verify application, close contracts, and follow up with active customers about their account. Ability to make field visits on past due customers to get accounts on track and current.
