Job Description

gpac is partnering with a confidential, growing pet food manufacturer seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Walmart Dog Food and Dog Treat business. This is a highly visible commercial leadership role responsible for driving profitable sales growth, managing customer relationships, leading Joint Business Planning initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to grow one of the company's most strategic retail accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing Walmart, specifically within the Dog Food and/or Dog Treat category, and understands how to successfully grow business within one of retail's most competitive environments.
Background & Experience:
5+ years of CPG sales experience 3+ years managing Walmart and/or Sam's Club accounts Direct Dog Food and/or Dog Treat category experience required Experience owning customer relationships and delivering sales growth Strong Joint Business Planning (JBP) experience Customer P&L ownership Sales forecasting and demand planning experience Experience leveraging syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Luminate, Scintilla) Category Management experience preferred Strong presentation and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to travel up to 15%

Compensation:
