The Account Specialist must have excellent customer service skills, a dynamic personality, be highly motivated, and detail-oriented. The Account Specialist works with patients to discuss payment options, insurance benefits and eligibility, financial account accuracy, and account balance resolution. We value good communication skills, reliability, a positive attitude, and organizational talents.
