In-Office Position About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Account Manager to join a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building customer relationships, managing accounts, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up. Coordinate with production, operations, and purchasing teams to meet customer requirements. Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Track account activity and maintain accurate customer records. Qualifications 2+ years of Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service experience. Previous experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expected Results Increase sales revenue through account growth and new opportunities. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotes and orders. Build strong partnerships with customers and internal departments. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of a computer, telephone, and office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to walk through manufacturing and warehouse areas as needed.
