Account Manager Position Summary:
The Account Manager will be supporting Exhibitus' Sales Team with existing and new accounts. Account Managers work with the company's clients to ensure that the clients' business needs are met on time and in a satisfactory manner. This involves analyzing the client's business operations and determining goals and the best way to meet them.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Sales support: communicating with the client, creating project estimates and producing project proposals Account Managers are the field execution experts. AMs are responsible for the client properties and onsite experiences in the field and to maintain positive control in the execution process at all times. Member of the
Project Team:
defined as the Project Manager and Account Manager, the Project Team is responsible for every aspect of the production of individual projects, from build to field execution. You are required to work closely and to communicate often with individual Project Managers for efficient project completion. In project completion, you are responsible for: Estimating show services to include: transportation, material handling, I&D, electrical, internet, air, water, catering, porter, fire watch, lighting, AV, rigging, forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, security, cleaning, lead retrieval, carpet, floral, photography and any other show site services. AMs also coordinate off-site event services. Producing and presenting show service proposals Ordering of the above noted services within project deadlines Adhering to the project workflow process internally to ensure efficient production Communicating proactively and in accordance with project workflow processes and standards Gathering and disseminating COI's and EAC forms to the necessary facility and show contractors Garnering all client-supplied graphics files as required in the workflow process Managing client product and client give aways while they are in facility and on the road. Reserving client properties for shipment and confirming property return, inbounding and ability to be reserved again in the future without incumbrance. Managing inventory in coordination with the project manager and logistics department Client related project coordination and communication Invoicing requests Coordinating show service plans with CAD for GC/facility submittal Managing field services and on site execution within budget and when budget challenges arise, to communicate in a proactive and timely manner to the appropriate people to include the Account Executive, Director of Client Services and in some cases after approval of the AE, the client. Logging time into EMS in a timely manner Expense reporting Create and process Purchase Orders Final project reconciliation and final invoicing Job closing Any other special needs as directed by the Account Executive or Director of Client Services. Communicating with the sales & design departments to ensure that in-progress production meets the conceptual vision and client expectations. Communications with clients regarding details will be required. Distributing work orders. Assigning tasks for staff duties. Communicating daily with production on project details and changes as they arise. Producing shipping documents and orchestration Assembling and disseminating show summaries and supervisor packets when necessary Swiftly resolving issues Assisting in the training and development of new team members when necessary Travel may be required to support the sales team and/or clients at shows Exhibitus is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
