In this role, you will maintain key client relationships, and design strategic account plans to drive revenue growth. This position operates under minimal supervision, offering a dynamic opportunity to significantly impact our sales performance and foster long-term client partnerships.

Your Challenge:
Revenue Growth & Account Management :
Maintain Book of Business relative to sales, margin, bookings, and manage pricing and contract negotiation Managing and ensuring LOB delivery status, proactive communication of schedule movement, and drive customer scorecard to best-in-class performance Develop objectives, strategies, and actionable plans to improve both short- and long-term sales performance. Client Engagement & Presentation Lead business review presentations for key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Collaborate with internal departments to provide detailed product information and ensure customer satisfaction. Executes voice of customer interviews, disseminates and actions customer feedback Maintains open actions and actively gets out in front of potential escalation points
Sales Planning & Performance :
Direct sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals for the team. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to develop competitive pricing and discount strategies.
Process Improvement:
Define, document, and implement continual improvements in the account management processes. Maintain detailed records of customer activity, monitoring internal and external progress and reporting on results.
Collaboration & Coordination :
Act as a liaison between sales and other organizational departments to resolve issues, ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded and to streamline processes. Coordinate customer visits and regular business reviews
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of account management or a similar customer facing role, preferably in the aerospace industry Familiarity with target markets and customer segments relevant to the company's products Ability to manage large/complex multi-million dollar key accounts Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure Flexibility to work variable hours as needed.
