Three or more years of experience managing personal or commercial insurance accounts. Deep familiarity with insurance carrier portals and agency management systems. A genuine desire to help people navigate the complexities of their insurance needs. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions and providing guidance with a friendly attitude. Review existing policies regularly to ensure our clients have the right protection for their changing lives. Prepare and present quotes from our network of carriers to find the best balance of coverage and value. Manage the renewal process from start to finish, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Collaborate with the rest of our office to improve our internal processes and client experience. Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries with precision and care.
