Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. Essential Duties
  • Meet with existing and potential residential and commercial clients
  • Prepare and provide proposals to clients utilizing processing tools, software, and other technologies
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial Landscaping business.
  • Assisting VPs, Production Managers, and Operation Foreman's
  • Creates work orders………………………………
  • Managing operation scheduling, ordering of supplies, filing, coordinating deliveries of plants/trees, and etc
  • Preparing client requests, contracts, and correspondence
  • Managing purchasing orders and account payable invoices, including weekly reports
  • Answering phones, emails, navigating new leads
  • Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building, and conducting client follow-ups
  • Attend occasional HOA meetings, to provide additional information regarding property Working Conditions
  • Shared Office Environment

  • Communicates, interacts, and works effectively with others; receptive to feedback.
  • Follows all Company policies and procedures
  • Able to perform lifting of and not minimum of 25lbs, bending, standing, sitting, pushing, and pulling. Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of related experience in account management or Landscaping industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Present a professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid California Drivers License and clean motor vehicle record .
Spanish speaking preferred
