A well established & growing Property & Casualty Insurance Agency seeks an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager / CSR with a proven P&C Insurance background, having worked in an Independent Agency, and who will hopefully be knowledgeable of

PERMANENT

position with outstanding compensation for the right candidate. Responsibilities The Account Manager's primary purpose is to manage the day-to-day operations between insurance companies, prospects and clients. This includes working in collaboration with the Producers to facilitate seamless transition of new accounts to the staff and will ensure the retention of the existing clients by providing exceptional customer service. Work with Mercury Insurance customers. Input new business applications and return to producer for review. Meet with prospective and current personal lines clients to gather underwriting info. On-line Quoting with various carriers Negotiate and market new and renewal policies. Review for accuracy. Obtaining loss runs for client renewals. Prepare proposals & binders for new and renewal policies. Invoice agency bill accounts and prepare premium financing agreements. (If needed) Process change requests, renewals, cancellations, certificates, endorsments and confirm completion by company.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE

3+ years of experience in personal lines account management - REQUIRED.

MUST HAVE MERCURY INSURANCE

experience. Travelers, Safeco and Progressive Insurance a plus. MUST understand marketplace trends and in depth knowledge of insurance coverages Knowledge of Certificates of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsements Must have
