As the Account Management Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our third-party marketplace key accounts. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the success and satisfaction of customers/sellers. The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a dedication to driving business growth.Job Responsibilities:
Cultivate enduring relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs promptly. Identify opportunities for new sellers and account expansion, and upselling while ensuring compliance with updated regulations for local and overseas sellers.
