Overview The Supervisor, Paid Social will oversee campaign creation, execution, reporting, and optimization of client's paid social media campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable performance outcomes. Responsible for a strong attention to detail to ensure successful execution of all campaigns under their purview, including quality assurance, budget pacing, and performance optimization against key KPIs. Proven account management and team leadership experience is essential, as they will be the day-to-day contact for all performance social media efforts. Responsibilities Oversee the performance of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others to ensure client goals are met. This includes managing budget pacing, optimizing campaigns, and maintaining quality assurance throughout Lead performance analysis across large, complex datasets to identify optimization opportunities. Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable improvements against KPIs such as customer acquisition cost and ROAS Translate analysis into compelling narratives for client presentations, grounding insights in broader industry context Manage budget allocation and forecasting with a focus on efficiency and profitability, ensuring investments are optimized toward highest-value outcomes Introduce innovative ideas into campaign strategy by developing and executing a structured testing roadmap, including testing new ad formats, audience strategies, and emerging platforms, particularly within social lead generation Uphold an active role in internal and external meetings, presenting campaign performance insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner Model best practices for client communication and relationship management, guiding the team to deliver consistent, proactive updates on performance, strategy, and launch timelines Excel in identifying and resolving complex campaign challenges, using analytical skills and industry knowledge to implement effective solutions Collaborate closely with other department leads to share ideas and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients Implement best practices within account, including budget pacing controls, account and client management standards, and media channel best practices Delegate responsibilities of day-to-day tasks and communication to junior team members, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining the highest standard of quality Own the development, updating and documentation of team QA processes and best practices to improve operational efficiencies Act as a subject matter expert within the team and greater performance investment org, providing guidance and support to team members and staying ahead of industry development to drive innovation Partner with senior team members to develop processes for improved workflow within Zenith and between agency partners and vendors Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment that supports accountability, innovation, and shared success Build and maintain relationships with platforms & outside agency teams, leading meetings to ensure strong collaboration Educate clients on emerging trends, technologies and strategies, positioning themself as a trusted advisor who helps them stay ahead of the curve Share knowledge and expertise with the broader team and department, contributing to Zenith's thought leadership in performance media Qualifications Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing or advertising preferred but not required 3+ years of experience in social performance marketing; client side or agency side preferred Deep knowledge and hands-on experience using paid social platforms, with a priority focus on Meta and TikTok, past participation in Meta Alpha/Beta opportunities a plus Experience operating in a performance or direct-response environment with clear efficiency targets, experience and interest in financial services or lead generation is a plus High competency in Microsoft Office, with specific strengths in Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint Experience utilizing project management tools like Monday.com, with an interest in growing AI usage to improve workflow efficiency Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets, derive actionable insights, and set, track, and optimize against KPIs Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members Demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding junior team members Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range:
$75,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
