Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager - (Data Center HVAC) We're partnering with a global leader in bespoke thermal management and heat exchanger solutions within the HVAC sector. With a strong and rapidly expanding presence in the data center market, they are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth across the nation. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on developing relationships and delivering tailored cooling solutions into the fast-growing data center sector. The Role Drive sales of heat exchangers, condensers, and cooling towers into the data center market Target key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end users Provide technical guidance and collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver bespoke solutions Build and manage strategic accounts across the country Field-based role with ~50% travel What We're Looking For Proven experience in HVAC / thermal management / cooling solutions sales Strong network or experience within the data centre ecosystem Ability to sell technical, engineered solutions (not just off-the-shelf products) Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills

Package Base Salary:

$130,000 - $175,000 -

DOE Bonus:

Up to 30% of base Additional package included
