Gaming YouTube Creator - 50% Profit-Sharing Opportunity We are looking for an experienced gaming YouTube creator to help rebuild and grow an established YouTube channel with over 1 million subscribers . This is not a traditional job. There is no salary or guaranteed compensation . The selected creator will work remotely, from home, on their own schedule, and will receive 50% of agreed-upon profits once/if the channel begins generating revenue again . About the Channel The channel has been established for more than 10 years and has always focused on gaming. It started as a Minecraft channel, transitioned into Roblox for approximately 5 years, and later focused on reaction/gameplay content involving scary games and horror-themed versions of familiar characters. The channel previously generated six figures per year . At the end of 2025, changes in YouTube policies and enforcement resulted in strikes related to some of the horror content involving children's characters. After trying unsuccessfully to get clear guidance from YouTube, we decided to delete the existing videos rather than risk losing the entire channel. The channel was saved, but monetization was lost. We have been told that the channel may be eligible for monetization again after uploading new compliant content and meeting YouTube's required watch-time and eligibility standards. However, there is no guarantee that monetization will be restored . Who We Are Looking For We want someone who already has experience creating gaming content for YouTube and understands what makes videos perform.

You should have experience with:

Gaming videos, commentary, or reactions Recording and/or editing content Creating strong thumbnails and titles YouTube keywords and SEO Hooks, pacing, and audience retention Understanding gaming trends Reading analytics and improving content based on performance Creating content that follows current YouTube policies Experience with Roblox, Minecraft, horror games, indie games, or similar gaming content is a plus. You will be working with a channel that already has: 1,000,000+ subscribers More than 10 years of history A proven gaming audience A history of six-figure annual revenue The challenge is that the channel has been inactive for over a year, the audience will need to be re-engaged, and monetization is not guaranteed. This opportunity is best suited for someone who sees the upside and is willing to put in the work to rebuild the channel.
