You'll own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to pitch to post-sale support—while identifying new verticals, building lasting relationships, and hitting aggressive growth targets. Identify, contact, and close partnerships with wholesale buyers including independent retailers, health chains, gyms, wellness clinics, and online sellers. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized support, product education, and reorder assistance. Manage wholesale order flow, coordinating with logistics, fulfillment, and finance to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Set and track sales targets, analyze customer buying trends, and optimize pricing, bundles, and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth. Negotiate contracts, MOQs, terms, and pricing structures aligned with our margin goals and brand positioning. Develop and execute outbound strategies for B2B lead generation, leveraging trade shows, email campaigns, and industry networks. Act as a brand ambassador to wholesale clients, sharing product knowledge, use cases, and the science behind our formulations. Stay updated on competitor wholesale offerings, market pricing, and emerging B2B distribution channels. Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams based on wholesale partner input to inform product development and merchandising.
