Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Relationship Management:

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective channel partners, distributors, resellers, and key stakeholders across the Americas.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new channel opportunities, conduct outreach, and support the conversion of leads into active partnerships.

On-site Engagement:

Travel frequently to partner locations, industry events, trade shows, and regional meetings to represent the company and drive face-to-face engagement.

Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring timely and professional communication, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve partner inquiries.

Market Intelligence:

Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to help refine channel strategy.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure channel partners have the resources, training, and support they need to succeed.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline activities, and travel reports; provide regular updates to the regional leadership team. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a people person - someone who is naturally curious, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in a professional setting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field (new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply). Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence. Natural comfort with external networking, client-facing interactions, and social business settings. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, travel schedules, and business environments. Basic business acumen and an eagerness to learn about channel strategy, sales, and partnership development. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while traveling. Valid authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel domestically (up to 50% of the time). Preferred Qualifications Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a client-facing role. Familiarity with the cross-border e-commerce, logistics, or technology industry. Experience attending or representing organizations at trade shows, conferences, or networking events. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or Portuguese are a plus).

What We Offer Competitive Compensation:

Base salary in the range of $60,000 - $90,000, with performance-based incentives.
