We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven B2B Logistics Sales Representative to expand our client portfolio in the US market. This role focuses on hunting new business opportunities, selling our core ocean freight, drayage, and warehousing (B2B/Transloading) services, and managing corporate client accounts. Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship (No
H1B / OPT / CPT
extension).
Language Proficiency:
Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is required. You will need to communicate seamlessly with overseas supply chain teams and local corporate clients.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the US Logistics, Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, or 3PL/Contract Logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development:
Actively prospect, cold call, and pitch our logistics services (Ocean Import/Export, Customs Clearance, LA/LB Drayage, and B2B Warehousing) to importers, manufacturers, and e-commerce distributors.
Account Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Quoting & Negotiation:
Understand client supply chain needs, prepare competitive pricing/quotes (RFQs) in collaboration with our operations team, and close sales contracts.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on ocean freight market trends, port conditions (LA/LB), and competitor pricing to position our services effectively.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client information in the company CRM. Qualifications & Skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a logistics environment. Deep understanding of US domestic logistics terminology (MBL/HBL, Drayage, LTL/FTL, Demurrage, Last Free Day). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—comfortable speaking with C-level executives and supply chain managers. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
